Room Description

This fabulous large town house offers 5/6 double bedrooms over 5 floors(no lift). The town house contains 4 individual apartments and one large kitchen with dinning area, french door open into a large garden at back of the house. Each floor is one independent apartment, has own bathroom and kitchenette, all guests have their own space, same times they can all gather together either in the kitchen & dining room or the living room on 1st floor. It is conveniently located at Denbigh Street, Westminster, which is about 400 metres away from Victorian Station.

Queen Mother Sports Centre is 2 minutes away from us, which has a range of facilities including: three pools, sports hall, squash courts, gym, health suite and more. You do not necessarily need a contract though, you can book lessons and courses on a pay as you go basis.

 

Total 5-6 bedrooms, 2 kings size beds, 3 double beds, 2 double sofa beds, 5 bathrooms. Many our guests find the great to have their bathroom on each floor. 3 studios has own en-suite bathroom

Top floor: one large studio with one large UK king size bed( 1.6 * 210) and one double sofa bed, spacious roof terrace, one bathroom with walk in shower only

2nd Floor: two double bedrooms with two double beds and one bathroom with walk in shower

1st Floor: one double bedroom with one king size bed, Living room with one double sofa bed, in between the bedroom and living room is one bathroom with walk in shower.

Ground Floor: one ensuite double bedroom over looking the garden

Lower Ground floor(Garden Floor): large fully equipped kitchen with dinning table can sit 10-14 comfortable, large garden with tables, chairs, BBQ facility

Each floor has it own’s lock, operated by a key tag, but alll lock at each floor can be set up at “unlocked” as there is a main door at the ground floor entrance, which has a lock. This lock is code operated. We set up a new code for each check in and we will give the code at check in and show you how to open.

Note: we have one extra studio if you need extra space, please contact us directly and we will offer discount when you book it with Townhouse. The Studio is on the same building and located at the lower ground floor, has it’s own entrance from street, has a connecting door to the town house. It has one king size bed and one single sofa bed. We normally rent out this studio between £119 – 179 per night, we can offer you 10% – 20% discount if you are booking the townhouse.

Note: There is a small room at front of this property, which is used as our office room. Main accommodation area has it’s own door to separate this room from the town house to ensure you all have the abosulte privacy. Housekeeper is onsite most of the time, any thing you need or any problem, you can find her easily.
